Ranked is for adults looking for real connections. These guidelines explain what's expected of every member. They form part of our Terms of Service. Ranked has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, restrictions or a permanent ban, and we may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
Be yourself
- Use your real first name and your true age.
- Your photos must be of you and should be recent. At least one must clearly show your face. No photos of other people without their permission, celebrities, stock images or AI-generated images of yourself.
- One verified account per person. Don't impersonate anyone or create fake profiles.
- Be honest about who you are and what you're looking for, including your relationship status.
Adults only
- Ranked is strictly for people aged 18 and over.
- No photos of children on their own, and no content that sexualises minors in any way. We report child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
- If you think someone is under 18, report them.
Be respectful
- No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats or intimidation, on or off the app.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
- No unsolicited sexual messages or images. Take no for an answer.
- Don't use someone's rank, appearance or anything else to shame or insult them.
- Don't publicly share private conversations or another person's personal information.
Keep content appropriate
- No nudity or sexually explicit content, including in photos, prompts and messages.
- No violent, graphic or gory content, and no content promoting self-harm, weapons or illegal drugs.
- Photos are screened automatically, and may be removed without notice.
No scams, selling or solicitation
- Never ask members for money, gift cards, crypto, bank details or investments.
- No advertising, promotions, referral links or selling of any kind, including promoting social media accounts for followers.
- No escort services, commercial sex, sugar-dating arrangements or solicitation of any kind.
Play fair
- Don't use bots, scripts or automated tools, or try to manipulate swipes, matches or ranks.
- Don't try to access other people's accounts or interfere with the app.
- Don't create a new account if you've been banned.
Offline behaviour matters
These guidelines apply to how you treat people you met on Ranked, including on dates. If we learn that a member has harmed, threatened or assaulted someone, or committed a serious crime, we may remove them from Ranked, even if it happened off the app.
Report, don't engage
If someone breaks these rules, use ⋯ → Report & block in your chat with them, or email support@rankedating.com. Reports are confidential, and we aim to review them within 24 hours. Please don't retaliate. If you're in danger, call 911. See our Safety Centre for more help.
Enforcement
We decide at our discretion whether content or behaviour breaks these guidelines. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, issue a warning, limit features, or suspend or permanently ban an account, with or without notice. If you think we made a mistake, email us and we'll take another look.
